Striving to produce 30,000 tons of cassava starch
(Baonghean) - The cassava starch processing factory invested by Hoa Son Agricultural Products Processing Company Limited was approved by the Provincial People's Committee with a total area of 22.8 hectares in Khe Can, Hamlet 12, Hoa Son Commune (Anh Son), planning to develop a cassava material area with a scale of 3,350 hectares in 42 communes of 4 districts: Anh Son, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong and Ky Son. The total investment of the project is about 700 - 800 billion VND.

As a factory using modern technology manufactured in Europe, in addition to a closed production line system, the factory pays attention to a synchronous wastewater treatment system that does not cause environmental pollution. The factory creates direct and indirect jobs for 3,500 - 4,000 local workers.
The factory purchases all products from farmers in the raw material area at the current price of 1,260 VND/kg of fresh cassava roots. The factory's current capacity is 800 tons of fresh roots/day, equivalent to 300 tons of starch products/day.

In addition, the company also invests in planting trees to create a green - clean - beautiful landscape.
