Notably, the work of Party building and political system building with many innovations in leadership methods through strengthening inspection, supervision, direct direction, reducing meetings and focusing on going to the grassroots, inspecting the situation at units to urge the implementation of tasks and promptly remove difficulties and obstacles...

The district seriously organized a mid-term review of the implementation of the Party Congress resolutions at all levels. With the highest political determination, after the review, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee established 8 monitoring delegations led by members of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, conducting direct supervision of 21 communes and towns to urge implementation and strive to complete the targets set by the congress resolutions.

To maintain political stability, social order and safety to serve economic development, Anh Son District Party Committee has strengthened its leadership and direction to resolve urgent and regular tasks in all areas. Comrade Nguyen Huu Sang:The results achieved in the past time are the premise and basis for the Party Committee, government and people of Anh Son to confidently carry out political tasks in the following years, completing the targets set out in the Resolution of the 21st District Party Congress, term 2020 - 2025. Therefore, in 2024, the district will continue to promote development in all fields, focusing on effectively implementing investment attraction, mobilizing and effectively using resources for development; effectively implementing administrative reform associated with digital transformation.

Focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of programs, projects and plans to implement the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. Promote the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas. Improve people's lives, reduce poverty, create jobs for workers, and ensure social security. Maintain political stability and social order and safety.

Improve the leadership and direction capacity of Party committees and organizations at all levels; the capacity and effectiveness of direction and administration of governments at all levels; focus on building e-government, promoting administrative reform associated with digital transformation.
