PV:In 2023, the Party Committee and government of Anh Son district made many innovations in their leadership, direction, and management methods, thereby creating positive changes in all fields. Could you share some of these effective approaches?

Comrade Nguyen Huu SangWith the decisive leadership and direction of the Party Committee and government, the synchronized involvement of the entire political system, and the unanimous support and efforts of all sectors of the people, Anh Son district achieved many important results in all fields in 2023. Particularly noteworthy is the work of Party building and building the political system, with many innovations in leadership methods through increased inspection, supervision, direct guidance, reduced meetings, and a focus on visiting grassroots levels to check the situation at various units, urging the implementation of tasks and promptly resolving difficulties and obstacles...

The district seriously organized a mid-term review of the implementation of the resolutions of the Party Congress at all levels. With the highest political determination, after the review, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee established 8 monitoring teams, led by members of the Standing Committee, to conduct direct supervision of 21 communes and towns to urge implementation and strive to complete the targets set forth in the congress resolutions.

To maintain political stability and social order to serve economic development, the Anh Son District Party Committee has strengthened its leadership and guidance in addressing urgent and regular tasks in all fields. It has issued numerous documents to lead, direct, and supervise the implementation of documents and conclusions of the Standing Committee, the Executive Committee, and the District Party Committee. Attention has also been paid to organizing liaison meetings between the District Party Secretary and the Party Secretaries of communes and towns, as well as with the Fatherland Front and other political and social organizations at the district level.

Throughout his leadership and administration, Anh Son has paid close attention to the activities of the People's Councils from the district level down to the communes and towns. He has consistently innovated and improved the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of their operations, fulfilling their representative, decision-making, and supervisory functions. He has organized four sessions, including two specialized sessions, and issued 16 resolutions within his authority.

The Standing Committee and the committees of the District People's Council regularly conduct supervision in various fields and on the implementation of resolutions of the People's Councils at all levels. Three explanatory sessions were held regarding the results of addressing voters' requests. Quarterly meetings with the Standing Committees of the People's Councils of communes and towns were conducted seriously, with innovative methods and ensuring quality. The assignment of representatives to receive citizens was carried out in accordance with regulations; the application of digital transformation in the activities of the District People's Council was implemented. The confidence vote for those holding positions elected by the People's Council was conducted in a democratic, transparent, objective, and lawful manner.

The District People's Committee and the communes and towns have closely followed and comprehensively implemented the plan across all fields. They have focused on directing the implementation of projects and plans within the Action Program for implementing the Resolution of the 21st District Party Congress, term 2020-2025; and have decisively directed administrative reform, especially in areas with many obstacles and public concerns.

In particular, in 2023, the district organized activities to commemorate the 200th anniversary of the name Anh Son (1822 - 2022) and the 60th anniversary of the district's separation and establishment (1963 - 2023). This was an event of significant political and social importance to the Party Committee, government, and people of the district, leaving a deep impression...

Comrade Nguyen Huu Sang:The achievements made in the past period serve as a foundation and basis for the Party Committee, government, and people of Anh Son to confidently embark on political tasks in the coming years, fulfilling the targets set forth in the Resolution of the 21st District Party Congress, term 2020-2025. Therefore, in 2024, the district will continue to promote development in all fields, focusing on effectively attracting investment, mobilizing and effectively utilizing resources for development; and effectively implementing administrative reform associated with digital transformation.

Focus on leading and directing the effective implementation of programs, projects, and plans to carry out the resolutions of the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2020-2025 term. Promote the construction of new rural areas and civilized urban areas. Improve people's living standards, reduce poverty, create jobs for workers, and ensure social security. Maintain political stability and social order and safety.

Enhance the leadership and guidance capacity of Party committees and organizations at all levels; improve the capacity and effectiveness of leadership and management of governments at all levels; focus on building e-government and promoting administrative reform associated with digital transformation. Improve the effectiveness of propaganda, mobilization, supervision, and critical feedback by the Fatherland Front and political and social organizations; continue to promote the effectiveness of government and grassroots mass mobilization work; strengthen unity, innovation, and creativity, creating consensus among the people. Pay attention to the preparation for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

Continue to innovate and improve the quality, effectiveness, and efficiency of the People's Council's operations, effectively fulfilling its representative, decision-making, and supervisory functions. Promote the responsibility and role of People's Council representatives at the district, commune, and town levels towards their constituents. Maintain good contact with constituents before and after sessions, and promptly address legitimate requests from voters. Organize the sessions of the district and grassroots People's Councils effectively.
