Phan Văn Đức bids farewell to Song Lam Nghe An: 'My sister's child has left, my cousin's child has grown up.'

The news that Phan Van Duc is leaving Song Lam Nghe An to join the newly promoted V.League team, Hanoi Police, has surprised football fans across the country. This is especially shocking for supporters of the Vinh-based team, as Phan Van Duc is a crucial player for Song Lam Nghe An and a football idol for fans in Nghe An province.
