Launching an online contest to learn about President Ho Chi Minh.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 16th, the Standing Committee of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee organized an online competition to learn about "Uncle Ho's relationship with Nghe An province and Quynh Luu district's learning and following of Uncle Ho's teachings." Attending the launching ceremony were: Mr. Pham Ngoc Canh - Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Mr. Le Xuan Kien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee; representatives from various departments, agencies, and organizations; secretaries of the Party committees of communes and towns; and all cadres, teachers, and students of Quynh Luu I High School.

The competition aims to promote the study and emulation of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style, in accordance with Conclusion No. 01-KL/TW, dated May 18, 2021, of the Politburo (13th term) on continuing to implement Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo (12th term) among cadres, Party members, and the entire population; to celebrate the 92nd anniversary of the founding of the Quynh Luu District Party Committee (April 20, 1930 - April 20, 2022), and the 132nd anniversary of the birth of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2022). Through this competition, we aim to propagate and recall the traditions, and to engrave in our hearts the sacred feelings and profound concern of beloved Uncle Ho for the Party Committee and people of Nghe An. This expresses gratitude for the immense contributions of President Ho Chi Minh, the Party, and the generations of cadres, Party members, and people who have strived for the revolutionary cause of their homeland and country. From there, it creates a deep and widespread influence among cadres, Party members, and the people of Quynh Luu in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, ethics, and style.
The contestants are cadres, Party members, civil servants, public employees, students (from grade 6 to grade 12, students of Bac Nghe An Economic and Technical College) and people living, studying and working in Quynh Luu district.

The competition focuses on understanding the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh; his speeches, writings, and teachings for cadres, Party members, and the people of Nghe An; the feelings of the Party Committee and people of Nghe An towards President Ho Chi Minh; the outstanding achievements of the Party Committee and people of Nghe An after more than 50 years of implementing the teachings in President Ho Chi Minh's Testament; and the results of the movement to study and follow President Ho Chi Minh's teachings in Quynh Luu district.
The competition organizers designed two sets of questions divided into two categories: Category A is for officials, Party members, civil servants, and the general public; Category B is for students (from grades 6 to 12, students of the North Nghe An Economic and Technical College).

The exam will be in multiple-choice format online. Candidates can register to take the online exam at the following website:wwwhttp://quynhluu.net.Contestants answer multiple-choice questions directly on electronic devices (computers, tablets, smartphones, etc.) with internet access using pre-designed question software. Each competition consists of 14 questions related to the competition field and 1 question predicting the number of correct answers. Each attempt/per participant lasts a maximum of 30 minutes. Each person can participate multiple times during the competition period, but only one entry with the best score will be recognized. To participate, contestants must provide complete and accurate information as instructed on the website.
The competition will be held in three phases, each lasting 10 days, over a total of 30 days: Phase 1, starting after the competition launch ceremony on April 16, 2022, and ending at 9:00 AM on April 25, 2022; Phase 2, from 9:00 AM on April 26, 2022, to 9:00 AM on May 5, 2022; and Phase 3, from 9:00 AM on May 6, 2022, to 9:00 AM on May 15, 2022. The results of each phase will be announced on the competition's dedicated website.www.http://quynhluu.net.and the mass media. At the end of the competition, the Organizing Committee will hold a summary and award prizes to the winning teams and individuals from the three rounds on the occasion of the 132nd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birthday (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2022).
At the launching ceremony, the Organizing Committee of the competition requested that Party committees, government agencies, the Fatherland Front, political and social organizations, agencies, units, and schools throughout the district widely publicize and disseminate information about the competition; creating a widespread political activity among cadres, Party members, Youth Union members, association members, students, and all strata of the people in the district. It was requested that all grassroots Party organizations, localities, and units implement the competition. This is a practical and meaningful activity towards commemorating the 132nd anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh's birth (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2022).
