The victim has been identified as TTBH (born in 2021), residing in Nha Tra hamlet, Dong Van commune, Tan Ky district.
According to initial information, H. lived with her grandparents, along with one older sibling, because her parents worked far away. On the afternoon of March 27th, after her nap, her grandparents couldn't find H. anywhere and frantically searched for her.
