Authorities discover illegal gas trading facility.
(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 9:00 AM on November 10th, upon receiving a report about an illegal liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) business in Yen Khang hamlet, Hung Dong commune, Vinh City, the Administrative Management and Social Order Police Team of Vinh City Police dispatched a task force to the location.

The task force discovered a truck loading 12kg gas cylinders for delivery to dealers without the required legal documentation. An inspection of the gas storage facility revealed 928 12kg gas cylinders, of which 328 contained gas, while the remainder were empty.
This is the main warehouse for the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) business of Hien Xuan Trading Private Enterprise, owned by Ms. Pham Thi Xuan (born in 1964), residing in Block 7, Cua Nam Ward, Vinh City. However, the business has not been granted operating licenses by the competent authorities. Specifically, it lacks a Certificate of Eligibility for Security and Order issued by the Vinh City Police.

The aforementioned business violations have been documented by the Vinh City Police for processing according to legal regulations. It is known that previously, the Hien Xuan Trading Private Enterprise was fined 5 million VND by the Vinh City Police for the same violation.
