Young man found dead under suspicious circumstances.

(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 2 PM on November 23rd, several residents in Yen Due neighborhood, Dong Vinh ward (Vinh City) discovered a young man dead inside a kiosk.

The young man's identity has been confirmed as Hoang Van Ty, born in 1989, from Do Luong district, working as a refrigeration repairman on Nguyen Hien street (Dong Vinh ward, Vinh City).

A friend of the victim said that at around 2 PM on November 23rd, he received a phone call from Ty. He immediately went to the kiosk, but upon opening the door, discovered Ty dead, having hanged himself.

Immediately after receiving the report, the police of Dong Vinh ward (Vinh City) arrived at the scene. During the examination of the kiosk, they discovered a suicide note, identified as having been left by the young man.

Currently, authorities are continuing their investigation to clarify the matter.
