Foreign man found suspected of drowning.
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 10th, leaders of Quang Son commune (Do Luong district) reported that a foreign man is suspected of drowning at Thai Son dam, bordering Quang Son commune.
Specifically, Mr. Jansta Otto, born in 1946 and a citizen of the Czech Republic, visited the home of Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoa, born in 1985, residing in Hamlet 1, Quang Son Commune.
Mr. Nguyen Huu Hoa previously worked in the Czech Republic and was adopted by Mr. Jansta Otto. After Mr. Hoa returned to Vietnam, Mr. Otto would visit him once every few years.

At around 6:00 AM on July 8th, Jansta Otto went out and did not return, prompting Hoa's family to mobilize many people to search for him.
By the afternoon of July 9th, he was found dead at the headwaters of the dam in Thai Son commune, bordering Quang Son commune. It is known that Jansta Otto had weak legs and often had to use two walking sticks.
The incident is currently under investigation by the police.
