Accordingly, at around 5:00 AM on March 21, 2021, several people going to the market were shocked to discover a deceased woman lying on the roadside near Dinh Bridge in Tam Hop commune, Quy Hop district (Nghe An province), with a bicycle beside her.

According to local residents, the woman's name is Lan (approximately 60 years old, residing in Tam Hop commune).
