A mutilated body was discovered near a hotel.
(Baonghean.vn) - At approximately 5 PM on August 7th, many people were shocked to discover a mutilated body lying within the grounds of the Rehabilitation Center on Binh Minh Street, next to the Muong Thanh Cua Lo Hotel.
The incident was quickly reported to the authorities.
Upon receiving the report, the Cua Lo town police promptly arrived and cordoned off the scene for investigation. According to initial information, the body was that of a male.
