Promoting the role of former Youth Volunteers in the new situation.
On the morning of January 7th, the Association of Former Youth Volunteers of Nghe An province held a conference to summarize the association's work in 2024 and to implement tasks for the association in 2025.

Association of Former Youth Volunteers of Nghe An ProvinceCurrently, there are 16,550 members with 381 grassroots associations and 20 district-level associations.
Over the past period, the organization and development of the Association have seen many improvements in operational methods. As a result, the quality of activities of the Association of Former Youth Volunteers at all levels throughout the province has been increasingly enhanced, meeting the requirements of the tasks in the new situation.
Currently, 447 former Youth Volunteers Association officials are directly involved in Party, government, and mass organization work, employing many creative and effective methods to successfully complete their assigned tasks.

Contributing to the new rural development movement, members of the Association of Former Youth Volunteers at all levels have contributed 8,893 man-days of labor and over 1.5 billion VND; planted 5,500 trees; and donated 7,000 m² of land.2Land designated for use as rural roads.
At the same time, they donated nearly 2 billion VND to the Fund for the Poor, the Education Promotion Fund, and to support relief efforts following Typhoon No. 3 in the northern provinces.
Local branches serve as a connecting point.camaraderieSo that each official and member can share, overcome all difficult circumstances, and actively make practical contributions to local movements.

In 2024, 12 members in difficult circumstances received support to build charitable houses, totaling 827 million VND. At the same time, support was provided for the repair of 37 houses for 37 members, 86 savings accounts were given to 86 members; and 2,986 members in difficult circumstances, suffering from illness, or disease were visited and given gifts. The total amount of money spent on social welfare activities exceeded 2.5 billion VND.
These activities are implemented with the attention and support of central and local authorities and agencies; the support of businesses; and the efforts and contributions of former youth volunteers at all levels of the Association.

The entire province has 418 members with successful economic models, including 74 exemplary models at the local level, providing stable employment and income for 554 former Youth Volunteers and 584 children and grandchildren of former Youth Volunteers.
To date, the entire province has nearly 20 billion VND in the "Comradeship Fund," averaging 1.22 million VND per member, exceeding the target set by the Central Association of Former Youth Volunteers of Vietnam by 220,000 VND.

On this occasion, representatives of the Nghe An provincial leadership presented the Emulation Flag for Outstanding Unit of 2024 from the Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Former Youth Volunteers Association to the Nghe An Provincial Association of Former Youth Volunteers.
The Central Executive Committee of the Vietnam Former Youth Volunteers Association awarded Certificates of Commendation to 6 district-level associations, 1 grassroots association, and 14 individuals.
The Provincial Executive Committee awarded Certificates of Commendation to 14 district-level associations.
The Provincial Executive Committee awarded certificates of commendation to 43 individuals for their outstanding achievements in association work.
