National gas theft uncovered in Ukraine.
"We are witnessing a major domestic robbery. The Yanukovych regime wouldn't have dared to do that. But under Poroshenko, it happened. The state allocated many gas fields to the Fuchs," wrote journalist Dmitry Gnap.
According to this journalist, the Ukrainian authorities have gifted several gas fields to businessman Dmitry Fuks, a close associate of President Petro Poroshenko.
Fuchs took control of the Golden Derrick company. Under the company's management were approximately 30 gas fields. One-third of these belonged to the state – with the participation of the Ukrainian national joint-stock company "Nadra Ukraine".
Journalist Gnap also emphasized that this situation could be related to Poroshenko's fear of failure in the upcoming election and the desire of his inner circle to "steal everything they can while he is still in power."
