Approval of the Vinh City Development Plan
(Baonghean.vn) - On December 29, 2015, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 2488/QD-TTg approving the Project for the Development of Vinh City, Nghe An Province, into an economic and cultural center of the North Central region by 2020, in accordance with Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
