Approval of Vinh City Development Project
(Baonghean.vn) - On December 29, 2015, the Prime Minister issued Decision No. 2488/QD-TTg approving the Project to develop Vinh city, Nghe An province into an economic and cultural center of the North Central region by 2020 in accordance with the spirit of Resolution No. 26-NQ/TW of the Politburo.
