High on crystal meth, two subjects transported illegal fireworks for sale
Among the two subjects just arrested by Quang Binh Provincial Police, one is from Nghe An and was carrying crystal meth.
The two arrested subjects are Nguyen Tan Phuc (27 years old, from Quang Ngai province) and Vo Van Can (29 years old, from Nghe An province).

At around 3:00 p.m. on January 11, on National Highway 1A, in Gia Ninh Commune, Quang Ninh District, a traffic police patrol team discovered a car with license plate 82A-027.23, traveling North-South at high speed.
The authorities stopped the vehicle for an administrative inspection and discovered that the vehicle was carrying fireworks of unknown origin. In addition to 151 boxes of fireworks weighing 240kg, Quang Binh Province Traffic Police also discovered a package of crystal meth in Can's shirt pocket.
Initially, Can and Phuc confessed to driving while high on drugs to sell the fireworks.
