Unable to change his superior's decision, Lieutenant Colonel Tran Nam Chau was forced to comply with the order, coordinating with supporting forces of the special task force to surround the furniture manufacturing workshop. This was a disguised facility chosen by the suspect Truong "the loudmouth" to produce a new type of drug called "Moon Dust" and prepare for its transportation.

Under the direct command of Lieutenant Colonel Do Viet, the assault teams surrounded and encircled the entire production facility. Simultaneously with the infiltration, the special task force had to wait for information from Suong – the only informant embedded alongside Truong "the loudmouth".

At the workshop, Suong was completely isolated, not allowed to use any electronic devices. To send messages outside, she cleverly underlined important words in books, folded them into paper airplanes, and threw them out. This information reached Lieutenant Colonel Do Viet. Lieutenant Colonel Do Viet decided to trust Mai's timeline because this information was related to the entire transportation system of both gangs. The commander's intuition was correct when, at the last minute, Truong "the loudmouth" revealed Plan B. He planted countdown mines around the factory and prepared several decoy vehicles to scatter in different directions to mislead law enforcement.

Upon discovering the bomb's countdown timer, Suong panicked and tried to defuse it to protect the attacking force. While fumbling around, she was discovered by Truong "the Explosive"'s henchmen to be a scout and was shot on the spot.
