Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Hoang Nghia Hieu inspects election preparations in Quy Chau commune, Tien Phong district.
On the afternoon of March 12th, Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council - inspected the preparations for the election of the 16th National Assembly and representatives of People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term in Quy Chau and Tien Phong communes.

Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and the delegation inspected the polling stations in Ke Bon village, Quy Chau commune and Phuong Tien 1 village, Tien Phong commune.

At the polling stations, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee inspected the locations for posting the list of candidates, the locations for posting the list of voters, the polling areas, ballot boxes, ballot writing areas, and the physical facilities serving the election, as well as the decorations and arrangements for the election.

To date, the communes of Quỳ Châu and Tiền Phong have completed the review, compilation, and posting of voter lists; and have coordinated with the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels to organize successful meetings between voters and candidates for the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.
The communes implemented a coordinated publicity campaign through various forms, creating a vibrant atmosphere leading up to the major festival.

Members of the Steering Committee, Election Committee, Election Board, and Polling Station Committee regularly visit their assigned polling stations to direct, guide, inspect, and supervise the process.

At the inspection points, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged the proactive, serious, and lawful spirit of the localities in implementing the election work; the material conditions for the election day were meticulously and systematically prepared.
Comrade Hoang Nghia Hieu emphasized that the election of deputies to the 16th National Assembly and deputies to the People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term is a particularly important political event. Therefore, he requested that Party committees, local authorities, and commune election committees focus intensely on leadership and guidance, avoiding complacency and negligence, ensuring that the election is conducted democratically, legally, safely, and truly as a festival for the entire population.

Communes need to review all aspects of the election process: from voter lists, candidate lists, election materials, facilities at polling stations to the organization of each polling station.
The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that communes proactively grasp the situation, ensuring absolute security and safety for the election; promptly detect and handle any arising situations; focus on combating and preventing false and distorted information, and not allow malicious forces to exploit the election to cause instability; all polling stations must be safe and convenient for voters to exercise their rights and obligations.

The comrade also noted that localities need to focus on strengthening propaganda work, and that information dissemination should be in-depth, especially to ethnic minority communities, using their languages through various vivid and visual forms, so that people understand that the election day for the 16th National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels for the 2026-2031 term is truly a national festival, and recognize the responsibility and duty of voters; thereby encouraging people to participate in the election; to vote correctly and completely, and to choose people with sufficient virtue and talent to serve in the National Assembly and People's Councils at all levels.
