Comrade Nguyen Van Thong informed voters of Luc Da commune about the main contents of the expected agenda of the 3rd session of the 17th Provincial People's Council for the 2016-2021 term.
At the conference, voters of Luc Da commune proposed issues related to upgrading and repairing infrastructure in the district such as: Support for upgrading the office building of the commune People's Committee; construction of some cultural houses of villages and hamlets; construction of a self-flowing water project and a hard bridge over the spillway of Met village; construction of an additional power station in Tan Lap village, Lien Son commune; upgrading the road from Tan Lap intersection to Mon Son; support for the construction of a national standard school in Luc Da commune; change the structure of crop and livestock varieties for Dan Lai people; speed up the disbursement of loans to support housing construction for poor households.

Met villagers propose to integrate ethnic cultural education content into the school curriculum to preserve ethnic cultural identities.
Met village voters Luong Dinh Hai want support in building infrastructure in Met village such as repairing degraded roads, building self-flowing water works, and renovating schools.
Voter Hai also requested to resolve policies for people with revolutionary contributions; guide and issue procedures for granting land use right certificates; and take measures to inspect and handle goods vehicles and business booths that still sell many types of fake and counterfeit goods in the area.
The representative of Xang village voters proposed issues of repairing and upgrading the roads leading to schools because the sections are too steep and slippery, causing difficulties for teachers and students when going to school; building embankments to prevent landslides for the cultivated areas in the village; and increasing allowances for village and commune officials and medical staff.
The Principal of Luc Da 2 Primary School proposed policies for contract teachers in the district; expressed that the implementation of socialized education work still faces many pressures and difficulties. Voters in Kim Da village proposed to solve the support policy for housing construction for policy households; straighten Moi stream to avoid land erosion; Kim Da has 2 separate villages that are often isolated due to floods, so they want support to build a bridge across the stream.
