The people of Met village have requested that ethnic cultural education be integrated into the school curriculum to preserve their ethnic cultural identity.

Voters in Met Luong Dinh Hai village wish to receive support in building infrastructure in Met village, such as repairing dilapidated roads, constructing a gravity-fed water system, and renovating school buildings.

Voters in Hai also requested solutions to policies for those who have rendered meritorious services to the revolution; guidance and procedures for issuing land use right certificates; and measures to inspect and handle vehicles and stalls that still sell many counterfeit and fake goods in the area.

Representatives of the voters in Xang village proposed issues such as repairing and upgrading the roads leading to schools, as sections are too steep and slippery, making it difficult for teachers and students to get to school; building embankments to prevent landslides in the agricultural areas of the village; and increasing allowances for village officials and health workers.

The principal of Luc Da 2 Primary School also made recommendations regarding policies for contract teachers in the district; expressing concerns about the challenges and difficulties in implementing the socialization of education. Voters in Kim Da village requested assistance in providing housing support for families receiving social benefits; diverting the Moi stream to prevent soil erosion; and, given that Kim Da has two isolated villages frequently cut off by floods, requested support for building a bridge across the stream.

Hải
Voter Luong Dinh Hai from Met village raised concerns about the lack of consensus on road maintenance fees, which is causing confusion for local officials.

At the conference, provincial People's Council delegates and local government representatives summarized and addressed the voters' recommendations. Issues exceeding their authority were noted by the delegates and forwarded to the relevant authorities.
