The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee extends congratulations on the Vu Lan Festival of Filial Piety 2025.
On September 5th, the Standing Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, led by Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, visited, presented gifts, and offered congratulations to several religious establishments in the province on the occasion of the Vu Lan Festival 2025, Buddhist calendar 2569.

At Pho Mon Pagoda (Vinh Hung Ward), Da Pagoda (Vinh Loc Ward), Dai Tue Pagoda and Vinh Phuc Pagoda (Dai Hue Commune), on behalf of the delegation, Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province - extended his best wishes to the Venerable monks and nuns and Buddhist followers for a peaceful, joyful and happy Vu Lan season.

Comrade Nguyen Dinh Hung also acknowledged and highly appreciated the role and activities of the temples, the venerable monks and nuns, and Buddhist followers in the past, always accompanying the development of the homeland and the country; actively participating in many patriotic emulation movements, contributing to consolidating the great national unity and charitable and social welfare activities.

Buddhist temples, venerable monks and nuns, and Buddhist followers are also actively promoting and spreading the cultural values of compassion, generosity, relief from suffering, salvation, kindness, tolerance, humanism, and benevolence in Buddhist teachings to all levels of society, contributing to building a more civilized and better society, where each person lives more responsibly towards the community; at the same time, contributing to preserving and promoting traditional Buddhist cultural values, building an advanced Vietnamese culture rich in national identity.


The Standing Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, Nguyen Dinh Hung, also expressed his hope that the temples and venerable monks, nuns, and Buddhist followers would continue to promote the values and role of Buddhism in accompanying the nation, actively participate in patriotic emulation movements, and effectively implement the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws, contributing to building a rapidly and sustainably developing Nghe An province.
