Based on that, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested investors to focus intensely and mobilize maximum resources to accelerate construction progress, ensuring the completion of projects as committed to the province in 2026.

However, upon inspection, it was found that some projects are still behind schedule, or have not even started construction, such as the Dong Dau Urban Area Project combined with low-income housing in Truong Vinh ward; the Urban and Commercial Service Area Project in Vinh Tan ward (now Truong Vinh ward)...

In response to this situation, Comrade Hoang Phu Hien instructed the Department of Construction to take the lead in organizing meetings with each investor, reviewing and revising detailed monthly schedules to serve as a basis for monitoring, inspection, and implementation guidance.

For projects that are behind schedule or fail to fulfill their commitments to the province, if they still do not proceed after penalties have been imposed, the province will resolutely revoke their licenses to avoid wasting time and land resources.

However, businesses must also proactively participate and closely coordinate with the government in land clearance, completing procedures, and organizing project construction.

During the on-site inspection, Comrade Hoang Phu Hien also specifically emphasized that the quality of social housing projects must be prioritized. Projects need to ensure wide, well-ventilated corridors; focus on waterproofing and odor control solutions; and fully meet essential living conditions to effectively serve the real housing needs of residents and workers.
