According to reports from nine communes, including Tuong Duong, Tam Thai, Luong Minh, Tam Quang, Yen Hoa, Nga My, Binh Chuan, Cam Phuc, and Chau Khe, as of January 30, 2026, these communes have closely followed the leadership and guidance of the Central Government, the Provincial Party Committee, and the Provincial Election Committee, promptly implementing Party documents, State laws, and guiding documents on election work.

The communes have established election committees and election boards for commune-level People's Council representatives in accordance with the prescribed timeframes, procedures, and regulations, ensuring sufficient composition, number, and operational conditions.

The process of determining and announcing the number of electoral units, the list of electoral units, and the number of representatives to be elected in each electoral unit was carried out in accordance with regulations, openly and transparently. In addition, the commune election committees also arranged polling areas and established polling stations in accordance with regulations regarding time, order, and procedures; the number, structure, and composition of polling stations were basically appropriate to the actual conditions of each locality.

Besides the achievements, the communes also raised some difficulties such as: Currently, the workload for election work is very large, the time is tight, and many tasks are being implemented simultaneously; while there is a shortage of commune-level officials, they have to take on many tasks and lack experience in election organization, which affects the quality and effectiveness of advice and implementation of tasks. Therefore, the communes requested the Provincial Election Committee to continue to pay attention to directing and guiding on professional and technical matters regularly to ensure that the election is organized uniformly and in accordance with regulations.
