The comrade particularly noted that, during the recent natural disasters, especially typhoons No. 3, No. 5, and No. 10 which caused heavy losses of life and property, the spirit of solidarity of the people of Quy Chau continued to shine brightly in the face of hardship, serving as a solid foundation for the locality's rapid and sustainable development, maintaining border security, preserving traditional culture, and improving the lives of the people.

Deputy Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van De also emphasized: In the context of Nghe An implementing the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress, aiming for the goal of "a prosperous province of the country, a center of the North Central region," promoting national unity is of special significance.

To further strengthen and multiply the power of unity, the comrade suggested that the Party Committee, the government, the Fatherland Front of Quy Chau commune, and the people of Minh Tien village focus on promoting the leading role of the people in socio-economic development.

Focus on transforming the production structure, developing ecological agriculture, community tourism, and preserving the cultural identity of the Thai and Kinh ethnic groups. Encourage cooperative economic models and the development of distinctive local products (bamboo and rattan weaving, brocade, ethnic cuisine) in conjunction with the OCOP program and the construction of advanced new rural areas.

At the same time, continue to strengthen the organization of the Fatherland Front and mass organizations at the grassroots level. Promote the core role of the Fatherland Front's working committees in disseminating information, mobilizing the people, monitoring and providing social feedback, and mediating disputes at the grassroots level. Improve the quality of activities and promote democracy so that people truly "know, discuss, do, inspect, and benefit."

Furthermore, Minh Tien commune needs to focus on promoting the movement "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas" in conjunction with the campaign "All people protect national security". This includes building bright, green, clean, beautiful, and safe residential areas; promoting the "Self-governing security and order" model; and preventing drug abuse and human trafficking. At the same time, it should spread cultural and sports activities, preserving cultural identity and a civilized way of life.
