At 9:30 PM on October 15th, upon arriving in Quang Binh, Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung inspected the flood situation in Bo Trach district.

Deputy Prime Minister Trinh Dinh Dung visited and offered condolences to the family of Le Ba Than, 49, from Ly Trach commune, Bo Trach district, who died from a lightning strike during the floods. Following this, the Deputy Prime Minister inspected the mooring of boats at Cua Gianh port.
