Nghe An implements preferential allowance regime for teachers of disabled students

The issue of not paying allowances to teachers teaching disabled students in Nghe An has been raised for many years. Opinions are that once this allowance system is implemented, it will promptly motivate and ensure the rights of teachers who are directly teaching at schools.
Resolution No. 71/NQ-TW: Raising preferential allowances for teachers

According to Resolution No. 71/NQ-TW dated August 22, 2025 of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development, preferential vocational allowances for preschool and general education institutions will be increased to at least 70% for teachers.
