The project sets out specific targets such as: 100% of the Association's bases effectively implement the campaign "Building a family of 5 no's, 3 clean's" associated with the implementation of the plan to build new rural areas in the locality, 100% of the Association's bases continue to effectively implement Directive 03-CT/TW of the Politburo associated with the effective implementation of the campaign to build "Warm homes of love", the campaign "For poor students to overcome difficulties", 100% of the Association's bases effectively carry out social supervision and criticism activities according to Decision 217-QD/TW of the Politburo, 100% of the key cadres of the Association have intermediate professional qualifications and intermediate political theory qualifications or higher. 100% of the Association's branch and group cadres are trained in political theory and professional skills, Association work skills, etc.
