Weavers are able to attend training courses to improve their skills, so many products such as scarves, skirts, shirts, and brocade blankets with rich patterns and designs can reach the market, attracting customers inside and outside the district.

Ban Xop Thap is the third unit of Ky Son district to be recognized as a brocade weaving village by the People's Committee of Nghe An province. This is a motivation for the women of the village to continue to maintain and develop the traditional brocade weaving profession of their people.
