The legendary Titanic was resurrected in 2018.
(Baonghean.vn) - Humanity has never forgotten the historic Titanic shipwreck that occurred more than a century ago. Yet, recently, billionaire Clive Palmer announced a project considered "crazy": to rebuild a ship exactly like the Titanic - the ship that sank on April 15, 1912, in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.
Clive Palmer, an Australian mining magnate and politician, said, "The Titanic was once a dream ship. Titanic II will be the ship where that dream will become a reality."
And Clive will be willing to do anything crazy to revive the legendary Titanic. The launch of Titanic II is scheduled for 2018.
Let's take a look back at the interior of Titanic II - a ship modeled exactly after the 1912 version owned by Australian tycoon Clive Palmer.

| Originally initiated in 2012, the project's investment cost exceeded $500 million, meaning it wasn't fully funded until two years later. The Titanic II was commissioned by the British company Blue Star Line and will be built at a shipyard in China. (Image: Blue Star Line) |

| The marketing director of Blue Star Line stated that the ship will be an exact replica of the original, from its height of 53 meters and length of 269 meters with 3 decks to its interior design. The only difference between the replica and the original is that Titanic II will be equipped with a navigation system, radar, and all the most advanced technologies similar to a modern 21st-century ship, along with state-of-the-art rescue and salvage equipment.
The price for a first-class cabin on the Titanic II is estimated at around $90,000. The Titanic II's maiden voyage will begin in Jiangsu, China, and continue to Dubai and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
