At the meeting, representatives from the Department of Construction and Barracks Management (Ministry of Public Security) announced the Decision of the Minister of Public Security approving the investment policy and assigning the investor to implement the housing construction project for the People's Public Security armed forces in Vinh Phu ward, Nghe An province.

Currently, there is a great demand for social housing for police officers and soldiers in Nghe An province. Therefore, investing in the construction of social housing for police officers and soldiers helps to stabilize their living conditions, improve their quality of life, attract human resources, and create conditions for officers and soldiers to work with peace of mind, commit to the locality for the long term, and successfully fulfill their nhiệm vụ of protecting national security and ensuring social order and safety.

Speaking at the meeting, Major General Ha Van Tuyen – Director of the Construction and Barracks Management Department of the Ministry of Public Security and Colonel Tran Hong Quang - Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Security Department highly appreciated the significance of the social housing project for the Public Security force in Nghe An province. The project contributes to ensuring a safe and civilized living environment, suitable to the specific characteristics of the armed forces, and helps build the image of Public Security officers and soldiers who are close to the people and serve the people.

Major General Ha Van Tuyen requested that the relevant units of the Ministry of Public Security continue to closely coordinate with the departments and agencies of Nghe An province to focus on implementing the project, ensuring the progress and quality of the construction; promptly resolving any difficulties and obstacles that arise; and fully complying with the regulations of the law on investment, construction, land, environment, and social housing. At the same time, he requested that the investor, Truong An Housing Co., Ltd., and the construction unit focus maximum resources, organize construction scientifically, safely, according to design and standards, and ensure the quality of the project.

In addition, the Nghe An Provincial Police proactively carried out the task of reviewing and proposing eligible beneficiaries, ensuring transparency, adherence to criteria, and prioritizing those officers and soldiers with difficult housing circumstances, long years of service, and significant contributions to the cause of protecting security and order.
