Thanh Vinh Ward receives disaster relief support from people from Nghe An province living in Hanoi.
On November 13th, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Vinh ward held a ceremony to receive support from people living away from home, aiming to help residents overcome the severe damage caused by typhoons No. 5 and No. 10.
This valuable support comes from The Nghe An Hometown Association, the Nghe Tinh Folk Song Club in Hanoi, Thanh Vinh Group Joint Stock Company, and the North-Central-South Charity Association.
The total value of the support is VND 200,000,000, including: Cash: VND 110,000,000, along with essential supplies worth 90,000,000 VND.

During the recent natural disasters, the wards of the former Vinh city, including Thanh Vinh ward, suffered heavy damage. Hundreds of houses had their roofs blown off, many trees and power poles were broken and felled, and many streets were deeply flooded, seriously affecting the lives and property of the people.
The Fatherland Front Committee of Thanh Vinh Ward is committed to using the support funds in a public, transparent, and timely manner, delivering them directly to the severely affected households so that they can quickly stabilize their lives.
