Thanh Vinh Ward launches Community Learning Center
On the morning of April 11th, Thanh Vinh ward held a ceremony to announce and launch the Community Learning Center; simultaneously integrating fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue content into the Center's activities.
Attending the ceremony were representatives from the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police; and leaders of Thanh Vinh ward.

The establishment of the Thanh Vinh Ward Community Learning Center aims to create an environment and opportunities for lifelong learning, improving the skills and knowledge of all segments of the population, regardless of age or educational background.
This is not only a place for disseminating the Party's guidelines and policies and the State's laws, but also a "bridge" for transferring science and technology, providing vocational training, and sharing knowledge and innovative experiences in production and life; contributing to improving human resources and socio-economic life in the locality.

Simultaneously, the Community Learning Center integrates fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue content into its activities. The focus is on providing people with knowledge and skills in handling fires, escaping, and conducting rescue operations; while also effectively building the "four on-the-spot" movement in firefighting, rescue, and relief.

The goal of this integration is to help people shift from a "reactive to fire" approach to a "proactive prevention" approach, building a sustainable safe environment within each family and residential area; contributing to the strong spread of the "All People Participate in Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue" movement.

Implementing this integrated activity is a practical solution to help people acquire knowledge and skills in fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue, which can be applied in daily life to protect their families, loved ones, and society from existing fire, explosion, accident, and incident risks; ensuring absolute safety for key targets and peace for the people in Thanh Vinh ward - an area with high population density, many narrow alleys, high-rise buildings, traditional markets, and commercial centers, posing complex fire and explosion risks.

To ensure the center's effective operation, at the launch ceremony, leaders from the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police and Thanh Vinh Ward suggested that the Center should innovate the content and methods of organizing training courses and conferences in a practical, easy-to-understand, and easy-to-apply manner; focus on equipping people with practical skills in fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue; and strengthen coordination with functional forces to organize regular training and drills, promptly guiding, inspecting, and supervising fire safety work in the area, especially during the hot season.

Immediately after the announcement ceremony, the Fire Prevention, Firefighting and Rescue Police Force of the Provincial Police organized a practical training session on firefighting and rescue skills at the Thanh Vinh Ward Administrative Center.

Also on the morning of April 11th, in 7 wards and communes: Cua Lo, Thai Hoa, Quynh Luu, Do Luong, Con Cuong, Kim Lien and Trung Loc, ceremonies were held to announce and launch Community Learning Centers; simultaneously integrating fire prevention, firefighting and rescue content into the Center's activities.
