Thu Thuy Ward (Cua Lo Town) unveils plaque for Mai Linh village well project.
On the afternoon of August 29th, Thu Thuy ward (Cua Lo town) held a ceremony to unveil the plaque for the Mai Linh village well.
In 1936, the Mai Linh village well was constructed and became a symbol of community, a cultural and religious institution, and a center of cultural activities for the entire village.

Having endured many ups and downs along with the country and undergoing numerous renovations, the Mai Linh village well had deteriorated and was no longer usable. In accordance with the wishes of all the people in Mai Linh village, with the joint efforts and contributions of both Catholics and non-Catholics, and with the agreement of the Party Committee and People's Committee of Thu Thuy ward, in early 2024, the Mai Linh village well was renovated based on its original state, to preserve its beauty in the cultural life.
