In early 2017, the luxury sports car manufacturer Porsche launched the final version of the Porsche Cayenne, called Platinum. Thus, with the Platinum edition, the Cayenne line has been expanded to include two versions: Cayenne Platinum and Cayenne S Platinum.

The highlight of the Platinum version of the Porsche Cayenne is its sporty interior upholstered in premium Alcantara leather, with the Porsche logo embroidered on the headrests. Other standard features on the Platinum Cayenne include Bi-xenon headlights with Porsche Dynamic Light System, Porsche's signature power steering system, front and rear parking assist, automatic anti-glare exterior and interior rearview mirrors, tinted windows (also standard) for added privacy for rear passengers, stainless steel door sill plates with the inscription "Platinum Edition," and more.

The 3.6-liter turbocharged six-cylinder engine in the Cayenne S produces 420 horsepower, with fuel consumption ranging from 9.8 to 9.5 liters per 100 km, depending on the tires fitted. The 333-horsepower 3.0-liter V6 gasoline engine in the higher-powered Cayenne achieves fuel consumption between 13.9 and 8.2 liters per 100 km.

It is known that in the near future, Porsche Vietnam will distribute two Platinum versions of the Cayenne and Cayenne S models in Vietnam, with the Porsche Cayenne Platinum priced at 4.671 billion VND and the Porsche Cayenne S Platinum at 5.771 billion VND.
