* On the morning of July 10th, in Vinh City, the 18th Provincial People's Council of Nghe An, term 2021-2026, convened.The 21st Session was solemnly inaugurated.(Mid-year regular session 2024). Following the opening session, the session proceeded with group discussions and plenary discussions.

This is a very high and challenging goal, but the Provincial People's Committee maintains that the target will not be adjusted.
