'Young people rush in, old people light the fire' in developing party members in the highlands of Que Phong

The Party Committee of the mountainous district of Que Phong always determines that putting Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW of the 13th Party Central Committee on "Strengthening and consolidating the building of grassroots Party organizations and improving the quality of Party members in the new period" into practice is a key task in Party building work.
