'The young take the lead, the old light the flame' in Party member development in the highlands of Que Phong.

The Party Committee of Que Phong mountainous district has always identified the implementation of Resolution No. 21-NQ/TW of the 13th Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam on "Strengthening and consolidating the building of grassroots Party organizations and improving the quality of Party members in the new period" as a key task in Party building work. However, due to various reasons, the creation of a pool of new Party members and the development of new Party members at grassroots Party organizations in the district are currently facing difficulties.
