Specifically, a draft resolution was approved regarding the investment policy for the project to build a road connecting the coastal road with the Bai Lu urban, tourism, and sports area in Nghi Loc district, and the project to build a road connecting National Highway 46 with Provincial Road 542D, Provincial Road 540, and the Ho Chi Minh Memorial National Special Monument Area in Kim Lien commune, Nam Dan district.
