* On the morning of October 4th,Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung- The Provincial Party Secretary inspected and directed the work of overcoming the consequences of Typhoon No. 10 and its aftermath that caused flooding in the communes of Bich Hao, Dai Dong, Hoa Quan, and Xuan Lam.

* On the morning of October 4th, the working group of the Provincial Party Committee ledComrade Vo Thi Minh Sinh- The Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, and Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation led a delegation to inspect the damage remediation efforts caused by Typhoon No. 10 (Bualoi) in the communes of Yen Hoa, Yen Na, and Nga My.

*This year's Mid-Autumn FestivalFollowing the storms and floods, the market for mooncakes and toys in Nghe An province has seen a sharp decline in customers and purchasing power. However, amidst this gloom, a heartwarming sign is spreading: many organizations and individuals have postponed their Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations to focus their efforts on overcoming difficulties and sharing joy with children in the flood-affected areas.

* Withthe "Green Patch" project(REPATCH) Pham Quynh Anh, a student from class 12 C7, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, has excelled, surpassing dozens of other contestants nationwide to win the "Climate Box Climate Project Competition". This is also one of the three outstanding projects representing Vietnam at the International Youth Festival on Climate Change in Thailand.
