* Morning of October 4,Comrade Nguyen Duc Trung- The Provincial Party Secretary inspected and directed the work of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10 and the storm circulation causing flooding in the communes of Bich Hao, Dai Dong, Hoa Quan, and Xuan Lam.

* On the morning of October 4, the provincial working delegationComrade Hoang Nghia Hieu- The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council headed the inspection team and directed the work of overcoming damage caused by storm No. 10 in Tan Ky, Tan Phu and Tan An communes.

* The same morning,Comrade Le Hong Vinh- Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee and the working delegation inspected the work of overcoming the consequences of storm No. 10 and visited and encouraged officials and people in Yen Xuan, Anh Son and Nhan Hoa communes.

*Mid-Autumn Festival this year, the cake and toy market in Nghe An fell into a state of deserted customers, purchasing power decreased sharply after storms and floods. However, in that quietness, a warm signal spread, that is, many organizations and individuals put aside the Mid-Autumn Festival to focus on overcoming difficulties and sharing joy with children in flooded areas.

* WithGreen Patch project(REPATCH), student Pham Quynh Anh (grade 12 C7, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted) has excelled over dozens of other contestants across the country to win the contest "Students build climate projects with Climate Box". This is also one of three excellent projects representing Vietnam to attend the International Youth Festival on Climate Change in Thailand.
