Ms. Vo Thi Thinh, Director of the General Agency Office in Nghe An province, stated: After receiving information from the customer's family, Prudential representatives promptly assisted the family in coordinating with relevant authorities to complete the verification procedures; they also promptly visited and offered condolences to the family, and carried out the procedures for paying the aforementioned amount to the customer's relatives.
