Prudential stands alongside and supports the people of Cua Lo in overcoming difficulties after the storms and floods.
On the morning of December 7th, in Cua Lo ward, Prudential Vietnam Life Insurance Company, in coordination with the Fatherland Front Committee of Cua Lo ward, organized a program to distribute gifts and support to disadvantaged families affected by storms and floods.
Attending the program were representatives from the Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee of Cua Lo ward; and from Prudential Vietnam, Mr. Do Phi Cuong – Director of Business Development for the Southern Coastal Region, along with representatives from various branches.

Since the beginning of the rainy season, many provinces in Northern and Central Vietnam have been continuously affected by natural disasters, causing widespread flooding, landslides, and property damage. The lives of thousands of households have been disrupted, with Nghe An being one of the most severely impacted areas, including households in Cua Lo ward.

At the event, Prudential Vietnam, in collaboration with the Fatherland Front Committee of Cua Lo Ward, presented 60 gift packages to 60 disadvantaged families in the area. Each gift package, worth 1 million VND, included essential necessities and household items. Additionally, the Fatherland Front Committee of Cua Lo Ward also donated an extra 500,000 VND to each household, helping to alleviate their immediate difficulties.
Speaking at the gift-giving ceremony, Mr. Do Phi Cuong shared that the damage caused by storms and floods this year is a great loss for many families. With a sense of social responsibility, Prudential wishes to contribute a small but timely amount to encourage people to overcome this difficult period, quickly stabilize their lives, and feel secure in their work and production.

Not only limited to its activities in Cua Lo, Prudential Vietnam had previously implemented many meaningful support programs in Nghe An province. Specifically, at the end of October, the company collaborated with the Nghe An Provincial Red Cross Society to donate a package worth 130 million VND to Mai Son Kindergarten (Huoi To 2 village, Nhon Mai commune), including teaching, learning, and living supplies, contributing to creating a safe and friendly learning environment for children in the mountainous region.
Recently, through the Vietnam Children's Protection Fund, Prudential implemented the "Giving Love" program, donating facilities for learning and recreation to students at Pham Hong Thai Primary School and Hung Loi Kindergarten (Lam Thanh commune) with a total support value of approximately 300 million VND.
The aforementioned activities are part of the "Giving Love" program that Prudential is implementing in many provinces and cities nationwide, aiming to support people in areas affected by natural disasters and to better care for the younger generation. This is also part of Prudential's commitment to sustainable community development throughout its 26 years of operation in Vietnam, demonstrating its spirit of partnership with society and its desire to bring safer and more sustainable lives to families.

With unwavering commitment to responsible business practices, Prudential Vietnam not only provides financial and health protection solutions for Vietnamese people but also actively implements community support and social welfare activities, thereby spreading the spirit of mutual assistance and contributing to building a harmonious and sustainable society.
