Prudential opens new standard general agency office in Nghe An.
(Baonghean.vn) - On July 23rd, Prudential officially launched its General Agency Office model based on new quality standards in Long Son ward, Thai Hoa town, Nghe An province.

At the ceremony, through the Nghe An Provincial Children's Protection Fund, Prudential donated 30 bicycles to underprivileged students, each worth 2 million VND, totaling 60 million VND.
Previously, Prudential launched 18 new branch offices in the provinces of Quang Ngai, Da Lat, Binh Dinh, Da Nang, Quang Tri, Thua Thien Hue, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, and Ben Tre. These branch offices are built on Prudential's "Perfect Customer Service Model" through new service standards, brand image, and consistent service quality.

Accordingly, Prudential will offer customers a unique experience through its impressive, modern office system, consistent branding, and impeccable service. In particular, the one-stop insurance service, along with a professional staff and clear, simple procedures, will help customers complete transactions quickly and efficiently.

In addition, the new standard Prudential Representative Office will also create many positive experiences for customers through attentive reception and service, and by receiving all feedback to improve service quality. The open-plan working environment also facilitates better interaction within Prudential as well as with customers.
Mr. Dang Tuan Anh, Director of Prudential's General Agency Office in Nghia Dan, Nghe An, stated: “The Nghia Dan General Agency Office in Nghe An is one of the important links that helps Prudential serve local customers quickly and efficiently. We believe that with this new model, Prudential's General Agency Office will provide better service quality, increasing new experiences, fostering customer loyalty and trust. Mr. Wilf Blackburn, General Director of Prudential, shared: “Through these branch offices, we aim to provide customers with a different experience through new service standards; consistency in brand image as well as service quality across the nationwide network of branch offices. As a result, Prudential customers will receive the best service with consistent quality standards. In particular, with the opening of the first 20 branch offices, Prudential will cooperate with each locality to donate a total of 600 bicycles worth 1.2 billion VND to underprivileged but studious students.”

In Nghe An province, Prudential currently has 11 offices: Bac Vinh, Tay Vinh, Quynh Luu, Dien Chau, Nghia Dan, Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Tan Ky, Do Luong, Que Phong, and Ky Son. In 2015, Prudential paid out insurance claims (cash) totaling over 45 billion VND.

During its operations, Prudential in Nghe An has also actively participated in local community activities, including notable programs such as: Donating hundreds of bicycles and scholarships to poor but studious students, screening for heart disease in poor children, providing free eye examinations and surgeries for disadvantaged children, planting trees at Martyrs' Cemeteries, donating health insurance cards to near-poor women, supporting hospital fees for poor patients, building houses of compassion for those who have contributed to the revolution, sponsoring the "Golden Rattle" program, and coordinating the implementation of "Circle of Love - Confident Steps Forward" in the locality...
This program, implemented by Prudential in collaboration with the National Traffic Safety Committee across 63 provinces and cities, aims to alleviate the suffering caused by traffic accidents by providing approximately 15,000 free life insurance policies to 5,000 disadvantaged families. In Nghe An province alone, in 2015, Prudential awarded 383 free life insurance policies to 198 families.
