"According to the Ministry of Defense, 215 modern and promising weapons, as well as most Russian military equipment, have been used in Syria," Putin said, noting that "these weapons have confirmed their high capabilities."
Putin emphasized that a range of Russian weapons systems have no equal."Defeating well-equipped terrorist groups in Syria demonstrates the strength of our army and navy," Putin said.
According to the Russian President, the operation "demonstrates the traditional reliability and high effectiveness of Russian weapons."
However, he also noted that a thorough and detailed analysis of how Russian weapons and equipment have performed in different situations is needed to identify and address any shortcomings.
