Chinese jujube fruit treats sore throat and high fever

To make medicine, white asarum is often used, sour, sweet, fatty, warm, affects the lung and stomach meridians, has the effect of generating body fluids, quenching thirst, clearing the voice, detoxifying fish, and curing hangovers. According to the Compendium of Materia Medica, asarum is used to treat sore throat.
White fillings:
Treat dry throat, cough causing insomnia (autumn and winter): Crush 20 - 30 fresh Chinese jujubes (remove seeds) and drink the juice. You can add ginger, sugar or honey to drink.
Acute and chronic pharyngitis, tonsillitis, dry throat, loss of voice: use salted Chinese plum like salted lemon to gargle or mix with water to drink. Can combine with fresh Chinese plum to brew and drink to treat sore throat and reduce deficiency fire.
High fever, dry lips, mouth, thirst: crush Chinese jujube fruit to get juice to drink.
Hoarseness: 4 fresh Chinese jujubes, remove seeds, crush with 10g sliced Scrophularia root. Put in a clay pot, cover with water, boil and drink. Has the effect of nourishing yin, reducing fire, benefiting the throat, clearing heat, detoxifying, and reducing swelling.
Drink to generate body fluids, cure cough, clear heat and relieve cough: 5 fresh Chinese jujubes, remove seeds, 5g of chopped Chinese clematis, 5g of chopped reed root, 5g of peeled Chinese clematis, 2 peeled pears, 10g of Chinese clematis, 10 pieces of lotus root. Cook all ingredients with 2 liters of water, simmer over low heat for 1 hour. Let cool, filter and drink daily. Suitable for people who always feel dry mouth, often spit out saliva, have heat in the body, and have dry lungs.
Cooling water: 20g fresh Chinese jujube, remove seeds, 4 bunches of fresh reed roots, chopped. Boil all with 0.5 liter of water for 30 minutes, filter and drink hot. Effects: clears the lungs, benefits the throat, reduces heat, dissolves phlegm, clears heat in the liver and stomach, produces body fluids, and relieves coughs.
Thanh long bach ho thang soup: 1kg white radish, 5-6 fresh Chinese plums (dosage depends on the number of people). Cook until soft (for several hours). Relieves sore throat.
Crab and fish poisoning: 30g of Chinese jujube, decoct in water to drink.
Drunk vomiting and psychosis: Crush fresh white plum, add water, squeeze the juice and drink immediately.
Black filling:astringent taste, sweet and slightly sour, non-toxic, cool (cool) properties, has anti-inflammatory, hemostatic, diuretic, and anti-swelling effects. To stop bleeding and reduce inflammation, soak black plum in salt, crush it, then steam it to get the water to soak, wash, and gargle.
Cure dry cough: 20 salted black plums, 50g tofu skin, enough water, boil then strain and drink.
Dry mouth, sore throat, hoarseness: chew black canarium and swallow the juice. 7 fruits a day, for 3-4 consecutive days.
Chronic pharyngitis, sore throat cough: Cook star fruit with green tea and honey to drink.
Whooping cough (whooping cough): cook black plum with rock sugar and drink the water.
Note:When eating canarium pulp, you should separate the seeds (especially for children) when eating stewed black canarium to avoid the seeds slipping into the throat.
