The reckless driver aggressively kicked the front of the Police Unit 141 patrol car to escape.
Ignoring the stop signal from the 141 Police, the reckless group of "speed demons" aggressively kicked the front of the patrol motorbike, causing one police officer to fall to the ground and sustain serious injuries. The police subsequently arrested the suspects.
At nearly 1 AM on November 15th, the Y6/141 task force deployed its forces to patrol the Truong Chinh road when they spotted a group of young men driving motorcycles at high speed and failing to comply with the police's order to stop.
In response to the situation, Task Force 141 pursued and apprehended the suspects. However, one suspect, acting aggressively, kicked forcefully at the front of the motorbike, causing Major Hoang Minh Quan (an officer from the Criminal Police Department of Hanoi City Police) to fall to the ground and sustain serious injuries.
Immediately afterwards, the task force took Major Quan to the Hanoi Medical University Hospital for emergency treatment. Diagnosis revealed that Major Quan suffered intracranial trauma, a slightly displaced radial head fracture, and edema in the elbow area. His arm was immobilized with a plaster cast before he was discharged home for monitoring.
The individuals involved were subsequently apprehended by the task force and handed over to the Kim Lien Ward Police for processing according to regulations.
Also on the night of November 14th and the early morning of November 15th, other 141 task forces of the Hanoi City Police, while patrolling to ensure security and order in the capital, continuously discovered individuals in possession of illegal weapons, all of whom were teenagers and young adults.
Specifically, at approximately 10:15 PM on November 14th, the Y23/141 task force, while patrolling the Tran Hung Dao - Tran Binh Trong route, spotted a man and woman riding a motorbike without license plates, not wearing helmets. They stopped the vehicle as per regulations. Upon inspecting the motorbike's storage compartment, the police discovered a small knife (the kind used for slaughtering pigs) hidden inside.
The task force handed over the suspects, vehicles, and evidence to the Cua Nam Ward police for further investigation and clarification.
On Le Duan Street, at approximately 0:00 on November 15th, the Y11/141 task force, while on patrol, spotted two young men riding a motorbike with license plate 29X3-480.XX without helmets and exhibiting suspicious behavior, so they stopped them for inspection.
Subsequent checks by Police Unit 141 revealed a three-section metal baton in the trunk of the two young men's vehicle. The suspects confessed to carrying it for self-defense in case of any altercations or clashes.
The suspects and seized evidence have been handed over to the Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam Ward Police Station for processing according to regulations.
