The aggressive driver hit the front of the 141 Police patrol car to escape.
Not obeying the order to stop by Police 141, the group of reckless drivers kicked the front of the patrol motorbike, causing a police officer to fall onto the road, seriously injuring him. Police later arrested the suspects.
At nearly 1 a.m. on November 15, Task Force Y6/141 deployed forces to patrol Truong Chinh Street when they discovered a group of young men driving motorbikes at high speed, not obeying the police's order to stop their vehicles.

Faced with the above situation, Task Force 141 organized a chase and arrested the subjects. However, one subject, in his recklessness, used his foot to kick the front of the motorbike, causing Major Hoang Minh Quan (officer of the Criminal Police Department of Hanoi City Police) to fall onto the road and be seriously injured.
Immediately afterwards, the working group took Major Quan to the Hanoi Medical University Hospital for emergency treatment. The diagnostic results showed that Major Quan had suffered an intracranial injury, a fractured radial head with slight displacement, and swelling in the elbow area. His arm was immobilized with a cast before being discharged home for monitoring.
The subjects involved were then controlled by the working group and handed over to Kim Lien Ward Police for handling according to regulations.
Also on the night of November 14 to the morning of November 15, other working groups 141 of Hanoi City Police, performing patrol duties to ensure security and order in the capital, continuously discovered subjects storing "hot goods", all of whom were young and teenagers.
Specifically, at around 10:15 p.m. on November 14, the Y23/141 task force on patrol duty on the Tran Hung Dao - Tran Binh Trong route discovered a man and woman riding a motorbike without a license plate without a helmet, so they stopped the vehicle as required. Upon checking the trunk of the vehicle, the police discovered a small knife (the type used to stab pigs) hidden.
The working group handed over people, vehicles and evidence to Cua Nam ward police to continue the investigation and clarification.

On Le Duan Street, at around 0:00 on November 15, the Y11/141 task force on patrol discovered two young men driving a motorbike with license plate number 29X3-480.XX without helmets, acting suspiciously, so they stopped and checked.
After checking, the 141 Police found a three-section metal stick in the trunk of the two young men's car. The subjects admitted that they brought it for self-defense when going out in the street in case of an unfortunate conflict or collision.
The subjects and exhibits were handed over to the Van Mieu - Quoc Tu Giam Ward Police for handling according to regulations.
