Mr. Tran Le Chuong, Chairman of the Kim Lien Commune People's Committee, said: At the time of discovery, there were 5 teenagers playing games in the game shop. The owner only left the door slightly ajar and turned off the lights to deceive the authorities, but in reality, the shop was still open for business as usual. Investigations revealed that before the authorities raided the shop, it had received 12 customers on April 15th.
Notably, at the time of discovery, neither the owner nor the five players were wearing masks or maintaining the required social distancing. Therefore, the commune issued administrative violation reports against these six individuals, totaling 1.2 million VND.
Regarding the handling of non-essential businesses during the pandemic, due to exceeding its authority, Kim Lien commune submitted a proposal to the Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dan district to fine this establishment 7.5 million VND and order its closure in accordance with Directive 16.
