On the occasion of the official visit of General Secretary To Lam and his wife to the Republic of Singapore from March 11-13, 2025 at the invitation of the Prime Minister of Singapore, Secretary General of the People's Action Party of Singapore (PAP) Lawrence Wong, the two countries issued a Joint Statement on upgrading the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between Vietnam and Singapore.
