General Secretary To Lam's visits were made at the invitation of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, the President of the Russian Federation and the President of the Republic of Belarus.
National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man will pay an official visit to the Russian Federation.

National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man led a high-ranking delegation of the Vietnamese National Assembly on an official visit to the Russian Federation and co-chaired the 3rd Session of the Vietnam-Russia Inter-Parliamentary Cooperation Committee.
