Military Region 4 has a new Deputy Political Commissar.

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 25th, in accordance with the Decision on personnel transfer and appointment by the Prime Minister and the Central Military Commission, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and the Command of Military Region 4 held a handover conference for the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region.

Accordingly, Major General Tran Tien Dung, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region, retired; and Major General Nguyen Duc Hoa, Head of the Political Department of Military Region 4, was appointed to the position of Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region.

At the conference, the commander of the 4th Military Region Command commended and highly appreciated the spirit, responsibility, and contributions of Major General Tran Tien Dung to the achievements of the armed forces of the Military Region during his time as Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region; at the same time, he congratulated and assigned tasks to Major General Nguyen Duc Hoa in his new position.
