Military Region 4 inspects preparations for new recruit training.

(Baonghean.vn) - The work of developing plans, establishing record-keeping systems and forms, training grounds, lesson plans, training models and teaching aids, and the living quarters of soldiers were among the contents of the inspection team's visit to Battalion 5, Military School of Military Region 4 on February 22nd.

The inspection revealed that the planning, approval, and management of training plans and schedules at all levels were carried out correctly in terms of procedures, and that training advisory work was timely and of high quality.

Although newly assigned to train new recruits, thanks to the school's support in deploying additional officers and purchasing training materials, the training officers at all levels of Battalion 5 have completed the training lesson plans for the first and second months. The system of training management and operational records from platoon to company level has been fully prepared, standardized, and follows the prescribed forms. The battalion has reinforced 16 general education classrooms, tactical training grounds, and training fields, and has renovated and refurbished over 50 training models and teaching aids.
