Up to now, localities and units have deployed the construction of 100% of the focal points for organizing DBDV units; the arrangement of QNDB into DBDV units reached 96% compared to the target, an increase of 14.1% compared to 1996. Of which, reserve officers reached 82%; reserve non-commissioned officers and soldiers reached 97.2%.
Training, drills, and mobilization readiness inspections are thoroughly grasped, implemented seriously, and with quality by agencies, localities, and units. The results of annual training and mobilization readiness inspections reach from 90 to 98.2% of the assigned plan targets...
At the conference, in addition to evaluating the achieved results, delegates also pointed out difficulties, shortcomings, and lessons learned; at the same time, proposed and recommended solutions to improve the quality and effectiveness of the work of building the DBĐV force in the coming time.
