The Central Military Commission and the Ministry of National Defense presented portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to communes and wards.
On December 16th, acting on behalf of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense, and the 4th Military Region Command, a delegation from the Nghe An Provincial Military Command, led by Colonel Dinh Bat Van - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, presented portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to communes and wards within the area under the 3rd Regional Defense Command - Quy Chau (Region 3 Defense Command).
Also in attendance were members of the Provincial Party Committee; Secretaries of communes and wards in the area under the Command of the 3rd Regional Defense Force - Quy Chau; Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Trong Loc - Member of the Military Party Committee, Deputy Head of Political Affairs of the Provincial Military Command, and representatives from relevant agencies.

The presentation and acceptance of portrait statues of President Ho Chi Minh to 130 communes and wards in Nghe An province is an activity with profound political and spiritual significance, expressing gratitude and sacred affection for President Ho Chi Minh - the great leader of the nation, the founder and trainer of the Vietnam People's Army.
These activities contribute to educating about revolutionary traditions, fostering patriotism, self-reliance, and self-improvement among local officials, Party members, and the people; while simultaneously consolidating the great unity between the military and the people, and building a strong national defense system integrated with a robust people's security posture.

Representatives from communes and wards in the area expressed their deep gratitude for the attention of the Central Military Commission, the Ministry of National Defense; the 4th Military Region Command; and the Party Committee and the Provincial Military Command of Nghe An Province for this gift, which holds special significance, especially in the context of the increasingly perfected and smoothly operating two-tiered local government model; creating further motivation for localities to continue striving to successfully complete their assigned tasks.
